Develop strategic sales plans tailored to the territory, aiming to meet or exceed growth and revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including respiratory therapists and operations, to ensure smooth patient care transitions from hospital to home setting. Maintain detailed records of account activities, referral sources, and sales performance metrics using CRM tools. Demonstrate professionalism, persistence, and a high level of motivation to succeed in a competitive healthcare sales environment. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, or respiratory departments (required). Hands-on experience with mechanical ventilation, including non-invasive ventilation (NIV) (required). Demonstrated success in hospital or healthcare sales, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in respiratory therapy, DME, critical care, or LTACH. Strong understanding of hospital workflows and decision-making processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to influence clinical decision-makers and drive referral growth effectively. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
