This position will include performance of all front desk functions including, registration, eligibility verification; "greeting" all patients/customers in a most friendly and courteous manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dress appropriately and maintain professional appearance and a friendly and secure atmosphere for all customers and guests.
Sign in patients into the center by using the appropriate log sheet (walk-in or appointment).
Register patients using the Patient Account System by entering verified, identifying, financial and insurance information at the time of registration.
Process patients' visit by verifying patient demographic and financial information, and appropriately classifying patient (new or established patient / type of visit) and verification of payment category.
Generate electronic visit for every service rendered to patient and collect payment for services rendered. Issue receipts and record all payments for services received.
Enter updated information during each patient visit in the Patient Account System, posting all required financial and diagnostic information.
Schedule patient appointments by telephone and/or in person, using Practice Account System, to access the scheduling modules and input the appropriate codes.
Reconcile & verify daily cash receipts for submission to supervisor daily.
Print next day appointments for all Providers as needed.
Assist in answering telephone, assist patients calling to schedule appointments and direct calls to the appropriate department and / or individual.
Participate in continuous in-service training, one to one's (1:1), department and general staff meetings.
Maintain weekly log of generator check
Conduct monthly radio checks
Conduct monthly fire extinguisher checks
Maintain security log of guest and vendors in/out
Will encourage and assist patients in registering for the patient portal.
Will inquire about patient's satisfaction with their visit and encourage them to complete satisfaction surveys before leaving.
Assist patients with concerns and direct them to appropriate manger or other staff to resolve the issue.
Will notify Risk Manager on issues relating to non-compliant patients, and take other necessary steps as needed.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of documented High School Diploma and/or equivalent. College education preferred.
A minimum of 2 years satisfactory work experience-using Computers and Billing and Registration software programs.
A basic functional and demonstrated knowledge of data entry computer use.
Bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred.
A working knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9-CM and CPT coding is a plus.
Pleasant personality, good oral communication skills and being organized.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must work in close contact with patients to perform intake functions and answer questions. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities
This position provides administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Executive Director for Board Relations & Campaign Volunteer Engagement in managing operations related to the FSU Foundation Board of Trustees (FBOT), the University Board of Trustees Advancement Committee (UBOT), the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art Foundation Development Committee (The Ringling), and the Campaign Advisory Working Group (or equivalent). This role ensures effective coordination of board and volunteer activities, supports advancement and stewardship efforts, and facilitates clear communication across stakeholders.
Ensures compliance with public notice requirements for FBOT meetings (held three times annually, plus several committee meetings throughout the year), setting up and managing Zoom meetings for FBOT and volunteer-related meetings, maintaining and updating the FBOT website, and managing board and volunteer data within DiligentOne/BoardEffect (online platform for volunteer management).
Works closely with relevant departments to ensure board and volunteer roles are accurately reflected in the CRM, logs meetings on behalf of the ED, and maintains organized records including bios, photos, and contact information. Oversees the collection of required documents such as confidentiality and conflict of interest forms and processes disbursement requests for board and volunteer-related budget items.
In partnership with the ED, coordinates meeting and event preparation by organizing and distributing materials, capturing notes and action items, drafting meeting minutes, and supporting follow-up communications and mailings. The coordinator plays a key role in meeting execution, including printing agendas, organizing collateral, setting up meeting spaces, and performing other duties as assigned.
Assists the Executive Director with board and volunteer stewardship efforts on behalf of the Vice President for University Advancement (VPUA) and the FSU Foundation President. Responsibilities include managing personalized stewardship touchpoints, such as ordering and preparing gifts for the VPUA to send to key donors, coordinating and sending monthly birthday cards to key board members and volunteers, and other duties as assigned to ensure timely and thoughtful recognition that strengthens relationships and reinforces engagement.
In partnership with the ED and VPUA, the coordinator will support volunteer-led advancement gatherings. Duties to include but not limited to finding a venue, making reservations, obtaining event-related needs (florals, menus, etc.), overseeing the RSVPs and assisting with follow-up.
Applies working knowledge of relevant University policies, procedures, and practices to ensure board operations remain compliant and well-documented. Attends all FBOT committee and general board meetings, as well as relevant UBOT and volunteer meetings, to stay informed of next steps, action items, and strategic priorities for the ED; occasional travel required. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with support staff across departments to share best practices, collaborate on solutions, and ensure consistency in board and volunteer engagement operations. Performs other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the Division of University Advancement.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
* A valid State of Florida or Georgia Driver's License or ability to obtain upon hire.

**About the Role**

**Position Summary**
The Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (DOJ/ICITAP), in partnership with the Department of State's Bureau of Counterterrorism (DOS/CT) is implementing several programs across the ICITAP Counterterrorism Operations Unit focused on the following lines of efforts:
- Strengthening the counterterrorism operations of partner nations by increasing the participation of women in CT law enforcement units through strategic tactical and leadership training
- Building responsive and effective prison management systems to repatriate, rehabilitate, reintegrate, and prosecute foreign terrorist fighters
- Continuing efforts to strengthen bilateral and regional capacity for countering malign Iranian influence and Hizballah's activities.
DOJ/ICITAP is seeking an advisor who will be responsible for engaging partner governments to achieve these objectives: (1) strengthen the abilities of partner governments to detect, deter, and respond to terrorism and violent extremism by providing targeted technical, tactical, and leadership training; (2) support organizational change that recognizes the strategic value of women's participation and leadership in law enforcement counterterrorism efforts; and (3) promote the sharing of best practices related to counterterrorism investigations.
This advisor will also provide professional training to partner governments that tailor country specific strategies to promote lasting change from within an agency that will ultimately contribute to the operational effectiveness in combatting transnational crime and terror. This program operates globally, and traveling is expected.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Engage with partner countries, organizations, and relevant officials to assess and strengthen bilateral and regional capacity for countering terrorism, countering malign Iranian influence
+ Engage with partner countries and organizations to develop a common understanding of the threat, exchange best practices, and identify gaps and further assistance needs.
+ Facilitate networking opportunities, counterterrorism training, and the advancement of successful women in law enforcement while promoting U.S. counterterrorism efforts abroad.
+ Assess partner country's existing capacity to counterterrorism and the role of women within their policing strategies.
+ Provide partner governments with the knowledge and tools to support organizational change that recognizes the strategic value of women's participation and leadership in law enforcement counterterrorism efforts.

+ Manage staff and individuals within probations and post monitoring within the host nation by providing best practice principles.
+ Work with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to facilitate information sharing, to assist with investigations and to provide guidance on probation and post release monitoring matters, countering Iranian influence and subversion, and women in policing.
+ Instruct on concepts of interviewing and communicating with offenders and others in person, by telephone or by written correspondence in a variety of settings during the supervision period. Visits offenders and others in their homes and in the community for the purpose of verifying and assessing the home situation and the offender's adjustment while under supervision.
+ Provide information on the analysis and interpretation of gathered case information to: a) identify additional information needs; b) assess offender risk; c) create and update a case plan; d) formulate supervision strategies by applying host nation agency policy and procedures, training and experience; e) implements supervision plans and strategies to insure compliance with conditions of supervision and/or to maintain the offender in the community with minimal risk to the public by applying host nation policy and procedure, training and experience.
+ Provide operational assistance via workshops, trainings, equipment donations etc. to bolster counterterrorism skillsets for law enforcement professionals.
+ Facilitate rapid deployment of subject-matter experts to provide technical assistance in the identified partner nation.
+ Maintain documentation, generate reports to summarize activities and report progress (After Action, Quarterly, Bi-weekly, etc.), create and maintain databases for the storage of information and assist in audits.

**Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in international relations, law enforcement, justice studies, women, peace, and security studies, public policy or related field; preferred Master's degree.
+ Minimum ten to fifteen years of experience in law enforcement; senior leadership rank preferred.
+ Intimate knowledge of Hizballah and other Iranian-backed proxies.
+ Knowledge and experience working with capacity building and strategy development in the law enforcement and counter terrorism arena.
+ Experience working overseas with high-ranking senior government officials.
+ Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with partner governments, foreign officials, and international organizations.

The duties of the CITS Statewide Coordinator include:
Acts as the Consultant Invoice Transmittal System (CITS) Statewide Coordinator by providing project management direction to the functional user group and the CITS development team in developing the requirements for necessary enhancements to the system. Leads Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, serving as primary liaison to the steering committee and functional owners to ensure business requirements are satisfied, ensuring adequate input from the consultant community, evaluating the requirements developed by functional users and setting priorities for the development team, coordinating the timely and complete functional acceptance testing of system components, exercising independent judgment in assessing problems, communicating with technical staff and management, and making presentations and recommendations to management. Provides detailed notes after each JAD and UAT session. Responds to all CITS functional questions posed by the Districts, providing or coordinating training for District and consultant users, serves as the primary contact for the end users in the District and the consultant community. Performs Quality Assurance Reviews of District contracts in CITS. Debriefs management on findings, observations and deficiencies. Schedules and leads CITS Coordinator meetings at least twice a year.
Conducts in-person training of consultants and district professional services staff on use of the Automated Fee Proposal (AFP). Responds to project manager, district and consultant questions/issues regarding the AFP. Assists with uploading AFPs statewide into CITS using appropriate FTP software in a timely manner. Verifies AFP data is accurate prior to uploading. Maintains FDOT standard job classes in AFP and Negotiation Handbook for Professional Services Contracts. Maintains AFP internal and external manuals. Maintains other documentation and guides within AFP Sharepoint site and internal/external webpages.
Acts as Security Coordinator for the functional users of Procurement Systems and consultants. Serves as web author.
Acts as DocuSign Admin for the Department and assists with troubleshooting DocuSign issues and reviews/approves access requests while DocuSign administration function resides in Procurement Office.

General Summary

Essential Functions
1. Reviews all charged-off loans to determine feasibility of recovering additional funds. Determines best course of action to take to minimize Credit Union losses and maximize net recoveries.
2. Works with attorneys and collection agencies to determine how best to proceed with recovery efforts. May request depositions to determine collectability of debt. Approves legal counsel's suggested plans of action.
3. Manages charged-off accounts. Attends (by telephone or in person) trials, mediations, depositions, hearings, and meetings when a representative of the Credit Union is required to provide testimony or to obtain information to assist in the discovery process.
4. Acts as a liaison between Attorney's Office, the Collections Department and management serving as the secondary contact point.
5. Assists the department in preparing for the legal process of filing judgments including preparing checks, filing documents with legal counsel, documentation preparation, sending copy to third party collection agency and filing in proper order.
6. Collects and analyzes data on activity and volume of litigation and recovery accounts to help with strategic and efficiency planning. Responsible for a variety of regular reports for the area.
7. Works on lists of charged-off accounts in attempts to settle debts. Record all attempts to recover debt in Temenos software.
8. Maintains communication with the Collections Director regarding recovery attempts, settling accounts, and revenue projections.
9. Maintains and updates Recovery Area policy and procedure manuals as needed.
10. Attends job-specific training classes as requested by management. Completes annual BSA/AML Compliance Training and understands employee's role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program and completes FACT Act Red Flag training.
11. Tracks all Final Judgments and submits for renewal when required.
12. Balances the Recovery GL 871.705
13. Tracks stipulations and follows up on defaults as soon as possible.

Position Summary
Duties of a Senior Human Services Program Specialist include:
This is a specialized social work position responsible for the provision of social services to residents with developmental disabilities in a secure setting. This includes residents with forensic histories, dual diagnosis and/or disruptive or violent behaviors. An employee in this position works as a part of an interdisciplinary team to accomplish assigned responsibilities.

Maintain the role of advocate for both client and family. Assist them in legal matters such as guardianship, consent issues, etc. Attend competency and other court proceedings involving the client. Coordinate with regional forensic liaisons when residents are being returned to court for disposition of their case.
Completes all required training. Maintain Crisis Management certification as required.
What We DO
DDDP is a forensic facility working with individuals with disabilities in a secure setting. These individuals have been adjudicated by the courts as incompetent to proceed to trial and have significant behavioral and psychiatric issues. DDDP provides rehabilitative, vocational, and daily living skills training to the individuals served which allows for a smooth transition back into a non-secure residential or community setting.
Pathways is a 34-bed all male forensic facility working with individuals with disabilities in a secure setting. These individuals have been adjudicated by the courts as incompetent to proceed to trial and have significant behavioral and psychiatric issues. Pathways provides rehabilitative, vocational, and daily living skills training to the individuals served which allows for a smooth transition back into a non-secure residential or community setting.
