The Role: Make an Impact

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Individual Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects in Formulation Development R&D team.
Assist in the preparation of samples for pre-formulation studies and solid-state characterization.
Conduct experiments to evaluate the physicochemical properties of drug candidates, including solubility, stability, and polymorphism.
Perform solid-state characterization techniques such as X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).
Document and analyze experimental data, contributing to reports and presentations.
Single crystal growth.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experimental challenges and optimize methodologies
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
Primary skills and knowledge required include, but are not limited to the following:
A background in thermodynamics, polymorphism, crystallization, API, and formulation process development is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with laboratory techniques and instrumentation is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Level of Education Required:
Currently pursuing a PhD or Masters Degree

Role Description
+ Conducts psychosocial assessments under master's level supervision and transcribes or dictates relevant information for person served records.
+ Provides individual, couple, family and/or group therapies and crisis interventions using various treatment modalities
+ Engages in mental health consultation and collaboration with stakeholders and treatment team members.
+ Develops individualized treatment under the supervision of master's level clinician/supervisor
+ Maintains current, adequate medical record documentation in the electronic medical record of the person being served.
+ Attends regular staff meetings, clinical meetings, training, and one-on-one sessions with direct supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
+ Pursuing a Master's degree **in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy** , or related degree that will lead to licensure in counseling or marriage and family therapy.
+ Completion and proof of a Master's level practicum.
+ Previous experience working with children/adolescents (in a clinical or mental health setting preferred).
+ Current driver's license and acceptable driving record
