Qualifications Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous multi-unit storage management experience. Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position. Proven leadership experience in hiring, training, and retaining teams of hourly employees. Ability to visit multiple properties within a district. Strong financial, analytical, and time management skills. Proficient with Word and Excel and web-based systems. Proven results with the ability to drive revenue and control expenses to budget. Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers and co-workers in person, in writing, and over the phone.
