Where you'll be working: Knoxville.What you will be doing:
Create an outstanding candidate experience
Support recruiters by scheduling and coordination of interview activities including phone screens, video calls, pre-hire assessments, on-site interviews, candidate travel and agency tours.
Source candidates and maintain candidate pipelines
Manage and maintain open job postings with our Applicant Tracking System (lever)
Preparation of progress reports and spreadsheets; participating in weekly status update meetings.
Lead the intern recruitment process
Develop and maintain relationships with Colleges and Universities
Identifying, organizing and participating in events, creating opportunities for our team to be part of meetups, conferences, and webinars
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
Keep up to date with industry trends and relaying information to the TA team for recruiting purposes
Additional Ad Hoc duties as needed by the HR/Recruiting Team
What you bring:
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
1-2 years administrative, coordinating experience or transferable skills
Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office
Advertising Agency experience is a plus
Familiarity with Recruiting/Talent Acquisition is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
Recruit and identify quality candidates for client job orders through ad postings and other sourcing methods.
Conduct interviews and reference checks. Administer testing (drug, skills, etc.), training, and orientation.
Manage employee relations to include counseling, coaching, discipline, and discharge.
Develop relationships with clients through regular communication and client visits. This includes understanding client needs, requirements, culture, and other components that will factor into a successful staffing action plan.
Responsible for administrative tasks to include recording in operating system client and associate records, as assigned.
Must maintain regular follow-up with associates to ensure job satisfaction and address any necessary concerns.
Provides backup for Branch Manager or other office staff as assigned.
Must assist with Receptionist/Administrative duties.
Manages workers' compensation through onsite safety audits and accident investigations to complete necessary paperwork.
Must assist with other areas as deemed necessary by Branch Manager. (May include client reports, employment verifications, Unemployment, Worker's Compensation, Payroll)
