A successful candidate will develop comprehensive recruitment campaign strategies and lead our College Recruiting and Internship program. We are seeking a strategic recruiter to build relationships with colleges and universities across the country, as well as support our technical recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating national-level searches and have 4-8 years of technical recruiting experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. This position is responsible for ensuring we attract and hire the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Position Responsibilities Lead our College Recruiting and Internship Program. Develop creative ways to attract top students and continue to build a best-in-class Internship Program. Design and implement a progressive recruiting strategy. Coordinate with hiring managers to develop a customized recruiting approach. Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve recruiting effectiveness, including branding strategies and social media outreach to attract candidates across the country. Source and attract candidates by utilizing a variety of resources, including professional networking, social media, job boards, direct sourcing, databases, etc. Post jobs to appropriate job boards, websites, professional organizations, trade journals, etc.; maintain company website postings. Screen resumes and applications; make recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews with staff members and candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidate knowledge, skills, and experience; verify employment references. Extend job offers; negotiate salaries and terms; coordinate relocation details. Maintain applicant data in ATS; assist with reporting; provide recruiting analyses to management. Network with university contacts, professional and diversity associations, and trade groups. Communicate with managers and employees on a regular basis to establish rapport and source new candidate leads. Promote company's brand as an employer of choice. Skills/Education/Experience 4-8 years of expertise as a technical recruiter, preferably in the AEC industry but not required. BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related degree; PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred. Tech-savvy with proven, innovative candidate sourcing abilities and relationship-building skills. Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach. Proficient in all aspects of social, digital, and professional networking. Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative, with exceptional organizational skills. Experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and changing environment managing multiple deliverables.
