+ Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program is a plus.

The position maintains relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Greet customers promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Answer phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Provide customers with product or service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase.
Recommends additional products or services to meet customer needs.
Partner with management and all departments as necessary.
Communicate all information to necessary partners.
Partner with Finance Department as necessary.
Communicate pertinent information.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization's products and services.
Maintain basic understanding and knowledge of selling process.
Maintain Customer Data Base management and follow-up.
Responsible for continued knowledge of each Factory Line.
Make policy adjustments within the guidelines established by management.
Maintain dealership procedure per test drive. Including, but not limited to, demonstration policy, route and proper customer identification prior to test-drive. Ensure all paperwork is completed and presented to the proper department, including, but not limited to, insurance information, trade title, etc. Prepare vehicles for delivery, including, but not limited to, filling gas tank, detailing, etc.
Maintain acceptable CSI scores.
Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, including, but not limited to show floor, lot, etc. Maintain current Factory training pertinent to the position. Maintain and execute compliance guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Including, but not limited to state and federal laws, OSHA, Red Flags, Privacy and OFAC. Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Requirements:
1 year Sales Experience preferred
Able to pass background check
Customer Service Skills preferred
