* Understands therapeutic diets using established protocols and seeks assistance from Supervisor or Dietitian if an error is observed.
* Assists the clinical staff in ensuring all patients' basic nutrition care needs are met.

The Field Service Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and management support to the field service management team of IEM, a large electrical equipment manufacturing company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update service records, contracts, and customer/vendor information in the FS company database.

This role ensures that all deliveries and shipments are accurately scheduled, documented, and meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing transportation efficiency. This position reports to the MSC and Shipping Superintendent.
Essential Job Functions:
Job duties are as follows, but not limited to:
Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments for the MSC department.
Coordinate all inbound shipments of packaging, ingredients and other supplies needed.
Responsible for daily inventories for all products, both inbound and outbound, packaging, ingredients and other supplies.
Responsible for ordering all packaging, ingredients and other supplies needed.
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
