Develop strong knowledge of secured lending products including borrowing base credit facilities
Determine the grid-based performance pricing that applies to borrower so the bank gets adequately compensated for credit risk

Coordinates with individuals to identify and develop essential life skills, coping
mechanisms, and strategies for managing daily challenges
Shares personal journey and insights to inspire hope and resilience, while providing
guidance on effective coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
Assists clients in navigating complex systems, paperwork, and bureaucratic processes to
access housing opportunities, government assistance, and social services.
Facilitates group discussions, workshops, and peer-led support groups to create a sense of
community, provides psychoeducation, and encourages skill development.
Provides immediate support and assistance during moments of crisis; connects individuals
with appropriate resources and professionals when needed.
Meets people wherever they may be with supports for self-management of health and
well-being and provides services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
Promotes coordination and linkage among providers within the local community.
Assists families in developing empowerment skills through promotion of self-advocacy.
Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and
program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of
community resources.
Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral
Health.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred.
Previous experience in peer support, social work, case management, or related fields is a
plus.
Completion of a recognized peer support training program or certification is preferred.
Personal, lived experience with homelessness and a demonstrated commitment to
maintaining stability and well-being after overcoming homelessness preferred.
Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
Broad knowledge of community service systems.
Able to engage others with empathy, active listening, and shared experiences to foster a
sense of connection and understanding.
Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate level of insurance coverage.
Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities.
Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
