About the role
You'll build the operational foundation that scales Gamma's go-to-market efforts from PLG success to enterprise sales. This means establishing systems, processes, and infrastructure that bridge self‑serve users and enterprise buyers while leveraging AI extensively to build operations that work at PLG scale with enterprise precision. You'll own HubSpot architecture, deal operations, revenue reporting, and the GTM tech stack, ensuring our sales and customer success teams have everything they need to succeed.
As Sales Strategy and OperationsManager, you'll implement AI‑powered workflows using platforms like Clay, n8n, and HubSpot AI to eliminate manual tasks, establish revenue forecasting that gives leadership visibility into pipeline health, and create scalable processes for lead routing, security questionnaires, and enterprise onboarding. You'll partner closely with Product, Finance, and Engineering while driving operational cadences that keep the team aligned and accountable.
Our team has a strong in‑office culture and works in person 4-5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
What you'll do
Build and manage CRM infrastructure from the ground up, owning lead stages, qualification criteria, pipeline reporting, and automated workflows
Implement AI‑powered workflows and automation using platforms like Clay, n8n, and HubSpot AI to eliminate manual tasks
Own end‑to‑end deal operations including contract generation, invoicing workflows, payment tracking, and clean handoffs between sales and customer success
Establish revenue reporting and forecasting that gives leadership visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and business performance
Administer and optimize our GTM tech stack, evaluating and piloting emerging AI tools through continuous experimentation
Drive operational cadences supporting weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning
What you'll bring
6‑8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company with proven ability to build systems from scratch
Expert‑level HubSpot and Salesforce proficiency with experience building instances, designing complex workflows, and leveraging the platform for PLG and sales‑led motions
Strong technical foundation with SQL proficiency, comfort with APIs and system integrations, and experience implementing AI‑powered tools to automate operations
Experience bridging PLG and sales‑led models with understanding of both self‑serve metrics and traditional B2B pipeline management
Project management excellence with ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and ship projects on time
Business acumen and analytical rigor with ability to turn messy data into clear insights and communicate recommendations effectively

Be the customer-facing voice for Knapp Inc. You are responsible for all communication between our Customer and your team and the Director RBS Operations. You will attend all production meetings and manage the communication in such a way that our Customers would feel engaged with you and your site team and would see the value we bring to their organization. You are responsible for developing a budget with the Director RBS Operations and then managing that budget with our Customer as deemed necessary. It is critical that you and your team treat our Customer with respect and that you and your team always act in a professional manner. Through your on-site leadership team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and day-to-day supervision of the maintenance programs, processes, people, and documentation associated with efficient and high performing automated storage and retrieval systems, and storage and picking systems installed at our Customer's locations. This also includes being responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships at our Customer site(s) understanding and leading our preventive and predictive maintenance programs, following all SOP's, Safety Policies, etc. You will make sure your leadership team identifies the appropriate time to escalate the issues in compliance with the agreed-upon escalation procedures.

Liaise with the Customer's Operations Shift Managers & supplier's First Line Managers to ensure a safe and an efficient management of the MHE scope of work
Assess and report MHE progress and attendance at the meetings
Assist the MHE Quality Assurance (QA) and HSE adviser with verifying adherence to all relevant standards and procedures
Approve revised MHE documents, drawings and correspondence prior to their issue
Manage MHE and the Maintenance Cost Plan (MCP)
Monitor progress of associated sub-suppliers
Ensure timely supply of the MHE maintenance hardware
Assist with MHE Quality, Health, and Safety within the MHE maintenance scope
Continue the MHE Health and Safety File
Accountable for the ultimate correctness and proper allocation of all spares inventory
Serve as the custodian of the site escalation and grievance procedures related to the MHE maintenance scope
Participate in work-related performance training and individual improvement programs

Role Overview
The OperationsManager (OM) is a senior field and administrative leader responsible for execution, consistency, and accountability across dock operations and supporting systems. This role ensures that standards are not only set, but followed. The OM owns operational outcomes, holds staff accountable, and drives a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement while delivering a world-class member experience.
1. Leadership, Management & Accountability
Lead and manage dock operations and administrative execution across assigned regions and locations.
Directly oversee Location Managers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for performance, safety, and results.
Conduct regular audits of schedules, dock execution, safety compliance, and fleet readiness.
Actively coach, train, and correct performance issues; always be developing leaders and teams.
Model company core values, professionalism, and operational discipline while maintaining a positive, high-energy dock culture.
2. Dock Operations & Safety Leadership
Own dock safety and daily operational execution across all assigned locations.
Ensure strict compliance with Freedom Boat Club policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Conduct routine inspections of docks, vessels, and safety equipment.
Lead storm preparation, weather closures, and reopening procedures in coordination with the Director of Operations.
Enforce consistency and accountability in all dock-level decisions and actions.
3. Fleet, Maintenance & Fleetio Ownership
Own Fleetio workflows and data integrity for all assigned clubs.
Ensure all incidents, damages, and maintenance issues are reported accurately within 12 hours.
Coordinate repairs, monitor downtime, and hold teams accountable for fleet readiness.
Analyze maintenance trends and proactively address recurring issues and safety risks.
Support boat movements and documentation within Fleetio and Salesforce as needed.
4. Administrative Systems, IT & Documentation
Own all administrative and operational systems including ADP, CareerPlug, Deputy, Slack, Salesforce, Fleetio, and Land & Sea.
Ensure accurate employee records, permissions, certifications, and documentation across all locations.
Process hiring, transfers, and terminations in coordination with HR and the Director of Operations.
Serve as the escalation point for system issues and ensure consistent usage and data integrity.
Oversee dock supply ordering, inventory accountability, and fuel usage reporting.
5. Hiring, Training & SOP Enforcement
Lead the employee lifecycle for dock-level staff and managers including hiring, onboarding, training, and separation.
Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs and operational standards.
Coordinate and/or conduct regular training sessions and ensure documentation of participation and signoffs.
Hold managers accountable for training completion, performance, and adherence to standards.
6. Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment
Maintain clear, direct communication with the Director of Operations on performance, risks, and priorities.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between dock teams, Member Services, and leadership.
Resolve low-level member issues requiring immediate operational leadership.
Participate in weekly L10 meetings and drive follow-through on action items.
7. On-Call Coverage & Field Support (Seasonal)
Participate in an on-call rotation between May and November for emergency response and urgent operational needs.
Coordinate emergency haul-outs, towing, and field support as required.
Haul boats and provide direct dock coverage when necessary to ensure continuity of operations.
Schedule & Availability
November 1 - April (club openings): Monday - Friday 8-4 (no weekends)
