Assemble monthly used trailer inventory levels report Codes accounts receivables and accounts payables for processing. Process parts and service invoices. Assist Parts Manager with cycle counts and annual parts inventory. Pick-up, sort and distribute all incoming mail daily. Processes daily outgoing mail through postage meter and delivers to Post Office. Operates computer, fax, postage machine and other office equipment with proficiency. Assist other personnel with the operation of computers and software.
