Responsible for gift entry of Memorials, Honorariums, direct appeals, campaign gifts, and Annual Offerings. This includes all gift entries. To assist with other gift entries during Angel Tree Season.
Make address corrections and update mailing list as needed.
Assist Development with the Angel Tree Project.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of an accredited business school, college, or university, or be a high school graduate with two years experience in a related field.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Must be conscientious and punctual in attendance in order to accomplish daily tasks as set forth in the policies and procedures of the Development Department.
Must be responsible for performing detailed and sometimes creative work requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy.
Must have knowledge and ability to communicate freely and positively through letters, telephone, or in person.
Must have knowledge of English composition, and good writing skills.

The incumbent at all times must be able to carry or help carry someone from the site of the injury to the mode of transportation (vehicle/helicopter) and attend the injured party to the hospital. In order to
perform a physical assessment of the injured party, the incumbent must see, hear, and communicate with the injured party.
Incumbents will be issued and must wear Company issued uniforms while on duty; additionally, incumbents will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of uniforms, as well as all issued equipment.
