Role Summary
The General and Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the total operation of the business while maintaining a primary focus on driving sales growth. You will lead a diverse team, manage the P&L (Profit and Loss), and design sales strategies that ensure long-term profitability. This role requires a "player-coach" mentalitysomeone who can lead from the front in high-stakes negotiations while also ensuring operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications
At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
