Qualifications 3+ years of office management, executive assistant, or administrative support experience (preferably supporting a sales or customer-facing team). Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
