Establish operational standards, business continuity plans, and reporting mechanisms to maintain organizational resilience.
Represent ITS on university committees, statewide councils, and in external audits. Represent ITS on university task forces, serving as a liaison to university partners and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Master's degree and five years of experience related to administrative services, or a Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience. Two years of experience must be in a supervisory role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources and Financial services at a higher education or state government entity.

**The Role**
