Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Certifications and/or Qualifications:

Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Skills:
Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
Ability to drive to client locations
Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
Must own a basic repair tool kit

Perform RTK GPS boundary mapping, prepares machine setup files for FS equipment, works closely with Data Management Specialist and Operations personnel, provide technical support to FS agronomy locations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
Develops RTK mapping strategy and performs RTK GPS mapping functions
Utilizes UTV to gather RTK data, developing field boundaries and analytics
Document location information to maintain accuracy, returns information to designated company location equipment for application
Serves as the information link between Data Management Specialist and Agronomy Operations and serves as a contact person on all matters relating to precision farming
