Provides support to lenders and loan representatives by performing a variety of duties to ensure accurate loan funding and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with the lending officer and/or loan representative to gather the necessary documents to process consumer real estate loans and small business loans.
Communicate with the lending officer and loan representative and any other necessary party to schedule loan closings.
Assure compliance with all consumer real estate regulations, polices, and procedures.
Verify interest rate, DTI, LTV and escrow calculations
Generate, review for accuracy, and Docusign/email necessary preliminary disclosures.
Complete appraisal requests.
Complete title search requests.
Review title searches and prepare the necessary documents to perfect our desired lien position.
Assist the Lender/loan representative in communicating with the customer and insurance agents to obtain adequate insurance (coverage amount, flood zone verification, named lien holder, etc.) coverage for both hazard and flood policies, if applicable, prior to closing.
Generate and review all necessary documents (LaserPro documents, affidavits, etc.) prior to loan closing.
Review escrow account addendums (Insurance and taxes) on the Fiserv System with initial policies for accuracy.
Resolve Retail Lending Helpdesk Tickets
Answer Phones and assist branch personnel inquires.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required with a minimum of two years' banking or financial experience.
Business courses from a technical school and/or college are helpful.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of operating a personal computer.
Knowledge of LaserPro/ MeridianLink Lending software (Or software of this nature)
Knowledge of documents related to the lending area of the bank.
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. .
Ability to handle high pressure and high volume of work.
One to two years of experience operating a computer, typing/word processing, ten key calculator, printer, fax machine, and copier.
Scheduling:
Work schedule will vary depending upon demand but will consist of an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. Regular attendance is required.

Project Overview:
Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.

* Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts
* Assists Subcontract Manager or Subcontract Professional in completion of the various tasks required by the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook, Standard Work Process Procedures, and automated subcontract management systems
* Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned
* Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific subcontracts problems, as assigned
* Organizes materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions and prepares periodic status reports
* Works with Digital Supply Chain and other Automation Tools
Education and Experience Requirements:
Level 1: Requires University degree or 6+ years of relevant experience
Level 2: Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Some proficiency and experience in the formation and administration of subcontracts.
* Some proficiency in all phases of subcontracts including knowledge of and skill in communicating effectively with suppliers/subcontractors, bidder prequalification, preparation of bidder's lists, compilation of bid requests, knowledge of applicable commercial legislation, negotiation of contracted terms and conditions, and award of commitments.
* Some proficiency in the administration of commitments, monitoring subcontractor performance, associated labor laws, and the resolution of claims and disputes.
* Skilled in working with and communicating effectively both orally and in writing with other project functional groups, primarily Engineering, Construction, Project Management and other services.
* Introductory knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, and applicable Agency Supplements. Solid understanding of Governmental Contracts and the flow-down of applicable clauses and requirements. NCMA certified is preferred.
Additional Information: Work requires the physical ability to conduct field inspections including but not limited to: extensive walking in and around a construction site often in high heat and high humidity conditions, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces, and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc.).
