The Premium Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing all premium seating clients at the Bell Auditorium and the new Augusta Arena, including luxury suites, loge boxes and club seats. The ideal teammate will be responsible for engaging local and regional companies to generate premium seating revenue. This role will also be the lead on sales, training, developing, and leading staff that will assist in the premium seating servicing and/or rental sales process. Compensation will consist of base salary plus sales commission.
This role pays an annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 and is commission eligible

This position will remain open until January 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
Work with Regional Director of Partnerships, VP of OVG Global Partnerships (South region) and the Director of Partnerships & Premium Seating to develop a strategic plan to drive revenue for the venue.
Responsible for establishing new business relationships to achieve annual revenue goals.
Conduct cold calls as a way of securing appointments to sell to new prospects among local and national companies.
Assist in the creation and development of sales presentation materials
Support and work closely with regional management and on-site local management.
Effectively present proposals in front of individuals and large groups.
Leverage your passion and empathy to develop a long-term business Premium between your client and the venues.
Communicate well across all areas of the company including legal, accounting, marketing, community relations and ticket operations.
Work closely with the Event Services, Marketing, and Partnership teams to ensure that current clients receive superior service and fulfillment of each contract.
Training of event staff for Premium Seating functions as well as assists suite concierges/ box office staff as it relates to premium seating
Create Premium Packages as it relates to special events, and concerts
Responsible for reporting and tracking premium seating inventory
Develops sales action plans and tracking inventory to ensure hitting budget goals, including new cash Premiums.
Prospect, sell, cultivate, and maintain the corporate clients for the venues in both new and renewal business.
Facilitate the execution of execute all aspects of servicing for premium seating clientele
Participate in servicing premium customers through various means including direct contact, newsletters, networking gatherings, etc.
Work and attend events, promotions, and OVG events
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or the equivalent training & experience.
3-5+ years of sales experience with emphasis in major league team sports, or larger market premium seating sales.
Proven track record of developing and managing highly strategic corporate relationships; Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Proven success in establishing and meeting challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
Comfortable managing tight deadlines and meeting aggressive sales goals and expectations.
Strong professional relationship skills; Ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients, direct reports and co-workers.
Must be a skilled negotiator with the ability to effectively represent the standards and philosophy of the department.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Salesforce/KORE (CRM) is preferred
Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings.
Must be highly self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic District Sales Manager to support and grow our market share in slurry and non-slurry pump solutions for the mining sector. Planning: Develop district quarterly activity plans encompassing weekly activities that align with corporate expectations. Modify as needed based on business changes.
Sales Process: Sell GC products to major accounts - maintaining existing accounts and developing new business. Ensure knowledge of customer's policies and practices relative to the purchase and promotion of dental products, i.e. inventory control, merchandising concepts, warehousing, distribution, advertising, etc. Keep up to date on the competitor products and activities, regionally and nationally, in order to protect, maintain, and advance GC's market position. Travel is required.
Performance Management: Maintain and update CRM, Group Practice, School, Government and KOL data bases and/or schedules. Analyze sales by zip/postal code using monthly sales reports in Business Objects (BOBJ) to assess areas of opportunity and improvement. Ensure company defined sales objectives and expectations are achieved.
Dealer Management: Assist dealers with planning, scheduling, and implementing advertising and merchandising programs, and follow-up to ensure success for GC products. Ensure that dealers are fully aware of programs and/or promotional agreements, and the use of advertising and other merchandising programs that may be offered by GC. Train, where necessary, dealer partner sales personnel in the technical and commercial aspects of GC products.
Administrative: Maintain and update all customer related databases (CRM, etc.) Complete all administrative reports, programs, and requests in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years sales experience
Large geographical sales territories may require overnight stays. Will spend time inside dental office/dental laboratory locations as well as dealer partner offices.
Driver's license required
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
Excellent communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers

What YOU need is:
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years demonstrated success selling telecommunications services in the Enterprise/GEM space, including 3+ years of experience managing individuals selling to enterprise customers.

What you'll be doing:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
• Maintains expertise on the WOW! Business portfolio of products/services to effectively lead a team of individual sales contributors: Ethernet, Internet, and the entire suite of Voice offerings to business customers ranging from 5-300 employees.
• Ensures competence and continuity (i.e. retention) of qualified Field Sales reps through optimum selection, training, development, appraisal, and motivation techniques.
• Develops business plans with each Business Field Sales team member while coordinating sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals and objectives.
• Ensures team and individual achievement of all sales, plus quality, goals, and standards.
• Monitors employee performance; effectively coaches and advises to cultivate role compatibility, maximum effectiveness, and ongoing continuous improvement and growth. Regularly and appropriately addresses personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with company policy.
• 100% compliance to Saleforce.com (company CRM) which includes on-going: preparation, analysis, and maintenance of records of individual (as well as group) sales and performance activities relative to business goals and objectives.
• Ensures accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com of annual, quarterly, monthly & revenue unit numbers through experience with data processing and analysis.
• Collaborates and coordinates efforts with other internal teams and groups throughout Commercial Sales to ensure functional effectiveness and efficiency for overall territory team structure.
• Assesses, develops, and implements best practices that contribute to improved performance and overall success.
• Models the way “from the front” to set the cadence and pace for the team.
• Coaches, develops, appraises, and motivates individual Field Sales reps to achieve and exceed assigned objectives.
• Ensures delivery of on-going education for all team members in sales planning tactics; ensures compliance with organizational training requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
