DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Service:
As a senior member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including:
* Cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally
* Supporting the FA/PWA/team in enhancing new and existing client relationships by providing an exceptional client experience
* Assisting the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings as well as tracking follow-ups
* Ensuring all client service functions are performed in a timely manner, assigning work to team members on a daily basis if/as needed
* Providing backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning clients accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online), accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacity
* Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms and sharing reminders and best practices with other service team members
Business Development Support:
* Assisting the FA/PWA/team in organizing around and executing against their business plan, partnering closely with other market stakeholders such as Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management
* At the direction of FA/PWA/team, executing against all administrative elements of digital and inperson marketing strategies including conferences and seminars or webinars, websites, social media and regular email connectivity
* At the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, preparing and reviewing various client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients
* At the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team, assisting with research using firm-approved systems

Salary range for the position: $68,000 - $120,000 / Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing systems and/or equipment.
Performing basic programming and system commissioning as assigned.
Performing software and firmware updates, creating data back-up files.
Provide basic end user training as required.
Document all service-related activities in company database keeping up to date service history.
Ensure timely completion of assigned service orders.
Performing additional assignments per managements direction

Educational/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum of 3 years experience in installation and service specific to audio-visual system, security systems, network cabling, and phone systems. Experience with multiple of these systems a plus.
Required to adhere to Tri-City and OSHA safety standards.
Required to possess a valid drivers license and be insurable with Tri-City insurance provider.
Receive professional and technical knowledge by attending manufacturer training and seminars when made available by Tri-City.
Proficient knowledge of copper/fiber network cabling and associated installation to BICSI standards a must.
Must have the ability to terminate RJ45 jacks, a variety audio connectors and other devices.
Must have previous experience with setting IPs for devices and basic network/system programming.
The ability to read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals is a must.
Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, focus on accuracy, solid communication skills, positive initiative and judgement, the ability to problem solve and meet deadlines and the ability to multitask with tact and consideration.

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Job Description
• Assist and provide technical direction to a global team
• Be responsible for project and support task tracking, process execution and metrics for supported technologies
• Provide guidance and recommendations regarding technical processes and procedures
• Identify learning opportunities for global team members through projects and technical tasks
• Participate in a 24 hour, 7 day per week, on-call support rotation
• Respond to support requests received via shared mailbox as needed
• Apply system changes and infrastructure upgrades as needed
• Manage elements of the current infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment
• Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with business partners in support of business strategies
• Automate tasks through scripting Participate in and/or manage small to medium sized projects desired
Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Experience configuring Lync Enterprise Server and Lync architecture design
• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Lync; including VOIP, and conferencing
• Scripting and/or Coding experience
• Familiarity with change management
• Knowledge and Administration of Windows Servers
A strong candidate will have:
• Global Microsoft Lync deployment experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Global Project management experience
• Experience with PowerBuilder scripting
• Degree in an Information Technology, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.

Technical support specialist job in Peoria, IL
As a member of the ENTEC System Specialist Team, you will be responsible for checkout, startup and turnover of Building Automation Systems. This team is challenged with exceeding client expectations while maintaining and exceeding internal goals. This position will provide support when needed at all levels of the process, including responding to service calls, inspecting and evaluating the operation of installed automation systems, assisting with installation when required, performing commissioning on projects within the time allocated, and troubleshooting in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will be working closely with the sales team, project managers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role demands a strong focus on communication, collaboration and customer service, as you'll be directly responsible for delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
This role consists primarily of field-based work with your vehicle often used as your main base of operations. Work hours typically range from 7am/8am to 4pm/5pm, depending on the project, and may require extra hours to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Capabilities
Required:
Technical Associates Degree with at least 4 years of field experience or 7 years of field experience in the HVAC BAS Industry
Basic HVAC and mechanical knowledge with a willingness to learn more
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to effectively communicate technical material to a non-technical audience
Ability to troubleshoot both low and medium voltage power
Preferred:
Experience programming panel controls for HVAC equipment
Project Management experience

Ability to kneel, squat, twist, bend, and reach regularly
