As the leader of the facility Management Team, designate an SQF Practitioner with appropriate responsibility and authority. Pay & Benefits • $22.00/hour • Paid travel time from home to your first store and back home after your shift • Mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle • Company vehicle provided after a successful trial period • Work phone and company email provided What You'll Do • Work Shifts at our Convenience Stores (locations change based on district needs) • Provide positive, supportive guidance to Store Managers • Assist with discipline processes when needed and follow professional standards • Help stores that are short-staffed or overwhelmed-helping fill in shifts, problem solve, or train new hires • Problem-solve operational issues and support store teams with solutions • Maintain a positive attitude and set a strong example of professionalism • Perform daily audits, paperwork, lottery counts, and fund verification • Assist with planograms, tag maintenance, and store standards • Conduct store inspections once the program resumes • Handle inter-store transfers of product when required • Support with cleaning, organizing back rooms, and reducing overstocks • Help ensure stores stay compliant with company policies, and state/federal regulations • Provide excellent guest service and uphold store appearance standards Schedule Expectations • Must be available to open stores at 4:00 a.m., work mid-shifts and closing shifts (as late as 11:00 p.m.) • Must be available for occasional last-minute coverage • One weekend off per month is typically guaranteed, and reasonable request-offs will be honored (except frequent weekends) Requirements • Must be 18 years or older • Must have a valid driver's license • Must have an insured personal vehicle you can use for work-related travel • Must maintain a positive attendance record • Must be comfortable supporting multiple store locations daily • Must work well with people and maintain a positive, professional demeanor • Must be able to lead without belittling or undermining Store Managers • Must be willing to learn, problem-solve, and adapt to store needs • Must be ready to represent the company with professionalism-you will be a visible face of the organization Training & Support You will be trained one-on-one directly by district leadership to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared.
