About The Role: This full-time position is part of our Food and Beverage Management team. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager and is responsible for supporting the overall success and prosperity of the restaurant from both a guest and employee perspective with an emphasis on driving quality of service, guest recognition and Open Table management to maximize cover capacity. What You Bring: * Two + year's experience years of previous experience as a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food and Beverage. Previous Experience in hotel and fine dining preferred. * Requires the ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications. Previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems required. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams. * Elevated Leadership skills and cross-cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation * Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences. * Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. The position requires the ability to flawlessly execute the Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program. You must possess knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for people with a multitude of dietary restrictions and combination of restrictions. It will require planning, recipe execution, and strict sanitation practices to avoid cross contamination and cross-contact. You must be able to facilitate the duties and responsibilities of creating, implementing, and maintaining the Service & Culinary needs of the assigned camp. You must be able to maintain clean and comfortable surroundings, in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring correct service timing, food quantity, and food quality are accurately provided for all meal periods and special requests. This position requires the ability to communicate with children, exchange students, front and back of house staff, directors, managers, counselors, leaders, specialists, and diners professionally and effectively. A keen sense of urgency is a must for this position, and you must be able to answer all Service & Culinary related questions, in accordance with Wolfoods Standards of Service Guidelines.
