To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Job Details: This is a 1099/per call position Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed. Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered. Call volume is variable but is usually 2-4 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. Follows up on outstanding or unapplied payments and other issues associated with payments. Researches and resolves complex issues associated with payments on patient accounts. As applicable, identifies, documents, and reports problematic trends to management. Analyzes reports containing rejected payment information and performs the necessary research to resolve the reason(s) for the rejection and secures any other required information. Prepares daily bank deposit and arranges for daily delivery or pick to/from the Security Department. Ensures the security of deposit at all times. Initiates corrections to charges and contractuals / allowances within scope of expertise and authority granted.
