    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Services Specialist - Logistics to support end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of both domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, external logistics service providers (LSPs), and customs authorities to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Shipment Coordination & Routing: Manage routing of shipments, including critical and priority shipments, in coordination with users and logistics service providers. Assign marine surveyors in accordance with company guidelines and routing requirements. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for shipment updates, delays, and resolutions. Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and seamless shipment execution. Coordinate with buyers, sourcing, finance, factory teams, and freight forwarders for logistics-related activities. • Shipment Tracking & Documentation: Track ETA of inbound shipments and ensure proper documentation is collected for timely handover to destination teams. Ensure accurate and timely updates of shipment status in the ERP system. Capture and maintain data related to shipment dates, costs, documentation, and tracking for reporting and analysis. • Customs & Compliance: Liaise with Customs, global logistics teams, brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure all documentation and information are in place for international shipments (import/export). Adhere to Customs policies and procedures throughout the clearance process. Monitor physical cargo clearance and ensure updates are reflected accurately in internal systems. • Planning & Execution: Manage logistics planning for international and project cargo shipments. Track vessel movements to determine ETA to Port of Import (PoI). Work with buyers to validate required dates and align shipment execution accordingly. • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports such as: On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time Pickup (OTP) - Weekly/Monthly. Daily/Weekly critical shipment pick-up and delivery confirmations. Monthly MOR reports (shipments cleared, logistics spend, deflation tracking). Supplier performance monitoring and evaluation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles. Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and freight forwarding. Proficient in logistics ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Project Overview We are seeking a Field Superintendent to join a mission-critical construction program located near Amarillo, Texas. This role is fully site-based and requires leadership in coordinating day-to-day field execution, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedule alignment, and driving quality construction delivery. The Field Superintendent plays a key leadership role, directing subcontractors and trade partners across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes in a complex data center environment. Role's Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities across CSA and MEP trades. Direct subcontractors and field staff to ensure compliance with design, codes, specifications, and schedules. Drive execution of short-interval plans and look-ahead schedules aligned with the master schedule. Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions to address constraints. Lead daily coordination meetings, site walks, and safety briefings. Enforce project safety protocols, participate in audits, and support incident investigations. Monitor quality of installations, collaborate with QA/QC teams, and manage punch lists and turnover milestones. Support commissioning by ensuring system readiness and subcontractor participation. Maintain detailed daily reports, progress documentation, and as-builts. Provide field feedback on RFIs, submittals, cost estimates, and construction documentation. Resolve design and constructability issues in the field. Communicate progress, constraints, and labor updates to the Building Superintendent. Must Have Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years of field supervision in construction, with at least 3 years on hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects (preferred). Experience: Strong background managing structural steel, MEP systems, utilities, and large-scale concurrent scopes. Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade sequencing, commissioning workflows, and survey techniques. Certification: OSHA 30 required. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent craft-level work experience strongly preferred.
