Primary Responsibilities

Assist with marketing automations, including:
Post-purchase customer journey emails
Multi-step drip campaigns
Customer lifecycle email updates
Provide administrative or communication support to marketing initiatives as assigned.
Internal Operations & Special Initiatives
Contribute to the development and maintenance of CAP's AI database for customer support, including tagging, categorization, and content updates.
Schedule and coordinate internal learning opportunities such as Lunch & Learns with various authors and members of the CAP leadership team.
Assist with annual seasonal communications, including coordinating and sending Christmas cards.
Skills & Qualifications

About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system

Responsibilities
Greets customers promptly and provides friendly competent customer service.
Coordinates the service center's scheduling and workflow.
Service writes for the location including but not limited to, creating estimates and work orders, finalizing payments, following all cash handling policies, and parts order and collecting for all jobs.
Answers customer questions about service outcomes and consults with the Technicians as needed.
Understands marketing and sales strategies to finalize all transactions.
Consults with Technicians about needed repairs and communicates those needs with the customer.
Comprehends the industry needs by increasing knowledge of products and services.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
Retail or guest service experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Driver's license and insurable to drive.
Able to maintain working knowledge of parts inventory.
Able to complete the Service Advisor New Team Member Training within the first 90 days of employment.
Able to work on the computer system efficiently.
Ability to read, write and perform math skills.
Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, may require weekends and evenings.
