Requirements:
High School Diploma
Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events
Experience:
Preferred minimum of 2 years in customerservice, preferably in an athletic club, as a barista, or another service industry
Specific Responsibilities:
Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift
Be able to use basic computer skills
Multi-tasking is a priority
Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
Keep equipment and gym space maintained and cleaned
Basic knowledge of membership sign-up and membership changes and alterations
General Responsibilities:
Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner
Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our members' best interests
Maintain a positive attitude while working with members and staff
Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity

This person must be self-motivated, professional and can quickly absorb the knowledge of a variety of services. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training. We are looking for a self-starter who can quickly gather detailed information, prepare service bids, problem-solve, and successfully follow-up with clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Complete sales orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
Computer literate, with a working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and personality.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
Must be able to type 40-50 WPM.
Ability to multitask.
Some sales experience preferred but not necessary.
Feel comfortable on a phone.
