A premise sales representative is an individual who develops and maintains relationships with off-premise and on-premise accounts across a covered territory. Premise sales representatives must achieve sales goals through proactive cold calling to businesses and the use of strategic sales methods to attain new business while servicing the existing business. They are required to provide excellent customer service by assisting managers and by handling customer service complaints professionally.
