In the Role

Target base salary range is $15.00-$19.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
* Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
* Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
* Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
