You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.

Accountabilities:

Evaluate and secure quality yield trial land in the desired testing area.

Summary:
L-H Battery is actively seeking an experienced, talented and self-motivated IT Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support our line of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES). Our Software Systems Specialist is a courteous business professional who is interested in maintaining a high standard of service to our customers worldwide.
The IT Manufacturing Systems Specialist will receive extensive training in all L-H Battery applications supported. The position performs duties that require discretion and the ability to exercise sound judgement in their daily role
Responsibilities:
Develop a working knowledge of the L-H Battery systems products and apply learned skill sets while supporting L-H Battery customers
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling support requests and system related questions over the phone and by email
Create and manage tickets in our ticketing system and reply within the guidelines of the L-H Battery service level agreement (SLA)
Troubleshoot complex issues within Microsoft Operating Systems and the L-H Battery products while maintaining detailed documentation of the progress through completion
Demonstrate strong customer relationship skills. Must have ability to work with all levels of technicalexpertise
Detect issues, make reports, inform team members and appropriate parties so that corrective actions can be taken
Work closely and collaborate with the Production teams, Quality team and the Engineering team during software release cycles
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or in related field is preferred
Basic SQL database and SQL querying experience
0-3+ years in previous customer service/support (Desktop Support, Help Desk Support, Customer support)
SAP ERP Base SCM/Manufacturing/Purchasing/Logistic related IT operation experience is a plus
Experience in Manufacturing
Knowledge/Skills:
Microsoft OS knowledge
Basic Network and IT understanding
Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Ability to quickly learn and comprehend ever-changing technology
Ability to occasionally work extended hours to meet project deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility with scheduling to cover support for all North American regions
Experience performing process innovation
Self-Directed and ability to work in a diverse workforce
Participate in remote meetings with LG Energy solution Teams as needed
Bilingual skills, writing and speaking, in English and Korean is a plus

Able to work in both office and manufacturing environments
Prompt and regular attendance within our onsite operations
