Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Business Administration, or related field). 3+ years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with QuickBooks and property management software a plus.     Performs advanced level administrative duties for the Mayor of Lubbock and acts as a liaison between the Mayor and the citizens, as well as a liaison between the Mayor and the departments within the city organization.
