Skolen er en lærende organisasjon som arbeider kontinuerlig med å videreutvikle felles rutiner, praksis og kompetanse slik at vi sammen skaper gode elevresultater. Stovner aktivitetsskole har våren 2026 rundt 330 elever. Ved aktivitetsskolen jobber det opp mot 30 BU-arbeidere/ assistenter/ lærlinger - dette er engasjerte og dyktige ansatte som jobber i team. Alle ansatte har et felles ansvar for et trygt og godt skolemiljø for elevene. Fra 1. februar 2026 kan Stovner aktivitetsskole tilby 1 50% vikarstilling som assistent.
