What You'll Do
The Regional OperationsManager oversees the day-to-day business operations for an E2 Optics regional area and is responsible for its overall profitability on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Duties include generating new customers, identifying new business opportunities, recruiting, and developing employees, and ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the region through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Meet goals and metrics as assigned by leadership:
Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Oversees execution of project management using WIP (Work in Progress) report system
Oversees management of and minimizes regional overhead costs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Manages and forecasts labor needs, shortages, and overages
Anticipates work levels to best maintain “even” workloads throughout the year
Works with Project Managers to ensure project profitability
Coordinates with corporate human resources, information technology, corporate controls, QA/QC and administration as needed to accomplish business objectives and meet legal and compliance requirements.
Develops regional personnel by:
Providing training, coaching, and motivation
Identifying areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and Leverage growth opportunities
Holding Regional Project Managers and leaders accountable for doing the same with their own team.
Stays abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Occasional site visits to meet with clients. This often can result in construction environment style client meetings and job walks.
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma required, Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
7 - 10 years' telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience
10+ years construction/telecommunications experience
PMP or RTPM certification preferred
RCDD certification is preferred
BICSI Technician Certified preferred
OSHA 10 required. OSHA 30 is preferred
Strong leadership, human resources management and conflict resolutions skills
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Ability to influence and negotiate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Acts as the accountable manager for allocating resources.
Is responsible for oversight of the FAA Part 135 certificate.
Is responsible for oversight of all aircraft on the FAA Part 135 certificate.
Functions as the Director of Operations.
Supervises the Chief Pilot.
Develops and implements processes, policies, and procedures to ensure that all flight operations are conducted safely and in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, Operations Specifications, and Company policies.
Oversees the development of flight schedules, and the retention of duty time / flight records.
Is responsible for adding and removing aircraft from FJC Charter certificate and ensuring that all aircraft are properly equipped for applicable operations.
Has authority to act on behalf of the Certificate holder, including the signing of FAA correspondence and operations specifications relative to FJC Charter FAR 135 certification.
Acts as a liaison for FJC Charter to any external agencies which may affect FJC Charter aircraft operations (FAA, 3rd Party Auditors, etc...).
Is responsible for ensuring that all required reports and documents relative to FJC Charter Part 135 Operations are filed and maintained in an appropriate manner.
Coordinates revisions to FJC Charter Air Carrier Operations Manual. Submits the proposed revisions to the FAA and receives confirmation that the revisions are acceptable.
Coordinates with the Director of Maintenance regarding the timely correction of mechanical irregularities and discrepancies.

You will be responsible for site customer relations, the site budget, site technicians, reporting, service logs, and overall optimization of turbine performance.

Are You Ready to:
Work with engineering to develop a strategy for improved maintenance, diagnostics, and operation to provide additional customer value and reduce the cost of service.
Work closely with internal team members to develop and implement operationally focused feedback for configuration, planned and unplanned maintenance, and financials.
Oversee and take ownership of the financial performance of the project (P&L).
Write/complete routine reports, correspondence, relevant paperwork, including service orders, checklists, and AWPs etc.
Serve as direct line manager for all site personnel.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree is a bonus, but not required.
3+ years' experience in the wind industry with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
Valid driving license (NON CDL / CDL).
Advanced MS Office skills required.
Ability to read and interpret documents, and follow instructions, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving at least one concrete variable in standardized situations.
Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
The employee must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus because of potential work in close confines.
Employees must be physically fit enough to free climb 300 ft multiple times a day while wearing 25+ lbs. of climbing gear and working in extreme weather conditions.
Must be capable of rescuing teammates anywhere in the tower in the event of an emergency.
