Be the liaison between the Operation Supervisors, hospitals, and nursing facilities and the Regional Manager of Operations. Will identify and work to improve administrative and operational functions for Lynx EMS, LLC. He/she will review the activities of emergency medical staff and provide leadership and guidance regarding various issues. If required, all guidance will be documented in written form. Review requests for additional staffing and equipment; provide input and recommend staffing and equipment needs for budget purposes to the Regional Manager of Operations.
