Deep River is currently seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join the Neillsville team. Deep River is a comprehensive substance abuse disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI committed to helping residents move into sustainable recovery. Services include a full range of DHS 75 and DHS 83 license requirements and include a trauma informed approach, with gender specific services for men. This is a continuous posting in anticipation of future full-time 3rd shift opportunities working M-F 8pm-8:30am and every other weekend. Our beautiful facility provides an environment that, combined with the passion for the SUD field of our team members, allows residents to experience meaningful change and hope. Under supervision, performs work involving the care, services, and treatment of clients seeking services in Addictions and Restorative Justice (ARJ) facilities (Substance Use Disorder and/or criminogenic risk/needs/responsivity factors) or Mental Health Residential/Crisis (MHRC) facilities (Severe and Persistent Mental Illness or Crisis). Essential Duties and responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Supports, interacts with, and monitors residents within established policies and procedures, providing positive role modeling Records observations relating to actions and behavior of residents and maintains records and reports as required Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed May organize and distribute clothing, bedding and other supplies Provides medication monitoring or medication administration as outlined in specific program policies Provides information concerning status of clients to external partners within established guidelines. Participate in field activities on projects with varying levels of complexity and construction conditions. Provide on-site representation for a variety of transportation projects, supporting tasks such as documentation, material testing, survey coordination, and more. Travel to project sites as needed to complete field responsibilities. Apply engineering and technical knowledge to support construction-related duties. Assist with field observations on less complex construction projects to ensure conformance with contract documents. Maintain daily documentation of certified work and enter quantities into recordkeeping systems or contract administration software. Communicate regularly with engineers, contractors, landowners, utility companies, and public stakeholders regarding project progress and concerns. Support monitoring of contractor schedules and construction progress, reporting updates to senior construction staff and project managers. Assist in developing project punch lists and compiling final documentation in accordance with contract requirements. Help prepare record drawings and maintain project files and digital records. Monitor contractor activities on-site under direct supervision. Handle basic issues independently and escalate more complex matters to senior staff. Possess a foundational to intermediate understanding of construction practices. This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following areas: Rice Lake, WI; Chippewa Falls, WI Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to obtain required HTCP certifications. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information professionally to internal and external stakeholders. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Ability to calculate project quantities accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Willingness to learn construction administration software such as AASHTOWare, OneOffice, Bluebeam, or Adobe. Commitment to SEH's Quality and Safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: 0-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, scheduling, and construction administration. Knowledge of WisDOT construction policies/practices Willingness and ability to travel long distances daily, if required. Familiarity with Civil 3D.
