In this role, you'll help ensure that our information systems and network infrastructure run smoothly keeping our operations connected and our guests' experiences seamless. PLEASE NOTE: This position is on-site at our Stowe, Vermont Property. This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities Respond promptly to IT requests submitted through the HotSOS ticketing system, as well as email and voicemail inquiries. Create, assign, and maintain user logins and passwords. Collaborate with third-party vendors to support and maintain property telephone, internet, and Wi-Fi systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating or following up as needed to ensure timely resolution. Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning and inspecting workstations, printers, and peripherals. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and issues. Assist with additional IT tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and general desktop/laptop support. Working knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting principles. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially during weekend shifts.
