You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

This Technical Product Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining and testing product data, pricing, rules & notes for products in our Unitary portfolio, including the Mitsubishi/Trane Joint Venture and other products, based on business needs. This work supports software programs used by the field sales organization, as well as external customers, to select Trane Commercial Systems equipment. It also supports the tools used by commercial sales offices to price, generate documents such as proposals and submittals, and ultimately to order Trane equipment. This position requires a detailed-oriented person who works well both independently and in a team setting. Must have good written communication skills to clearly communicate product selection and ordering requirements to both internal Trane personnel and external customers. What you will do: Oversee implementation, maintenance, and auditing of configuration management and bill of materials across multiple systems to ensure data integrity. * Utilize critical thinking skills to convert requirements from design, engineering, product support, and manufacturing into effective supporting tools and processes. * Troubleshoot and resolve data and application issues reported by customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions. * Ensure delivery of accurate and reliable data products by thoroughly reviewing both personal work and the work of others. * Work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain analytic workflows and data visualizations that support business objectives.
