Role Statement
In-branch, store-based and primarily accountable for serving existing account customers. Secondarily accountable to serve, walk-in, cash, DIY, and homeowners for project-based sales. The Sales Support Specialist works closely with all departments facilitating outstanding service and is a hub of activity. This position plays a pivotal role between customers, consumers, our sales team and supply chain organizations. *This is not a remote position*
Key Responsibilities:
Entry of inbound orders.
Identification and resolution of order issues such as pricing, pallet and truck builds, out of stocks and lead times.
Entry of sample forms from sales and marketing teams.
Communication of sample details to sales and marketing.
Respond to assigned inbound electronic and physical mail contacts as appropriate and update tracking system.
Live, real-time response to inbound phone contacts.
Escalation of consumer contacts to supervisor and others as appropriate.
Organizes and maintains files and records.
Performs general administrative support and other duties as assigned.

Related order processing and excellent customer service experience in a business office environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
