Key Responsibilities * Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression * Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner * Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately * Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members * Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries * Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software * Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach * Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment * Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred * Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills * Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment * Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset * Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds * Office management or marketing experience is a plus Schedule This role requires availability in the clinic during our normal business hours on Saturday and Sunday (currently expecting 10am to 7pm) and slightly before/after to open/close the clinic. Requires occasional local travel to community events. Ideally also looking for the ability to fill in for our full time front desk coordinator during the week from time to time as needed.
