Summary:
Coordinate, plan, organize, and control the maintenance, repairs, and release of MH-139 aircraft.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance efforts on assigned shifts to meet daily flight schedules.
Inspect aircraft to certify that all maintenance performed by the team is correct and complete.
Certify Aircraft/Engine Logbook entries and coordinate maintenance control responsibilities.
Perform duties in support of configuration management and release for flight.
Work rotating shifts and travel as needed for detachments.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance required to start (a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active).
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 4+ years, or equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of related experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment supporting configuration management and release for flight.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft operational and organizational maintenance or flight operations.
O-level maintenance experience required.
Experience with the Exceptional Release process.
Ability and willingness to work variable shifts (days, evenings, nights, and weekends).
Must be able to work any shift (1st shift to start).
Must be willing to travel 10-25% of the time.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional Release or “Safe for Flight” certification.
Experience with military aircraft maintenance.
MH-139/AW139 aircraft systems experience.
Extensive knowledge of AFI 21-101 and associated AFIs, OIs, and Command Directives.
Subject Matter Expert on 781 Series Aircraft Forms.
MH-139/AW139 flight operations experience.

Summary
The Biomedical Technician III (BMET III) installs, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and verifies the performance of highly complex biomedical equipment and systems, independent of technical supervision. Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on highly complex and intricate biomedical equipment and systems

Inform supervisors of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concerns

These responsibilities include real-time operation of the Company's balancing authorities, generation projects, and scheduling of third-party energy resources, while ensuring grid reliability and continuous compliance with all NERC, and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), BA, GO, and GOP reliability standard requirements. This position also requires compliance with Alberta Reliability Standards (ARS), and AESO ISO rules for dispatch of Generator Owner (GO), and Generator Operator (GOP) operations in Alberta.
Monitors and exercises independent judgment in the safe, reliable, and economic operation of generation assets based on guidelines provided by North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Operating Policies, Regional Council Policies and Operating Procedures, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions (FERC) Standards of Conduct for normal, emergency and restoration conditions.
Responsible for the coordination with third-party energy trading groups and as directed by third party trading groups, resubmittal of price/quantity pairs due to unplanned unit outages.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Manage and execute an hourly resource strategy to optimally balance Company's resource position within all NERC, FERC, WECC and other regulatory compliance obligations.
* Reviews and approves substation switching, provides feedback to Field Personal, Site Manager and NOC Manager as required.
* (35%) Ensure safe, reliable and economic operation of the Company's facilities, balancing authorities and generation projects in compliance with applicable NERC and WECC BA, GO, and GOP reliability standards, and adhering to Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) security measures. Respond to system disturbances involving generation, substation, and transmission equipment, taking appropriate steps in conjunction with the Transmission Operator and Reliability Coordinator. Provide oversight for daily balancing authority reliability and comprehensive knowledge for the responsible operation of generation assets according to (Good Utility Practice) criteria and guidelines set by NERC, FERC, and the Regional Reliability Council. During both normal and emergency operating conditions, has the authority to take or direct timely and appropriate real-time actions. Has authority to curtail firm schedules to prevent potential NERC compliance violations due to unplanned outages. All these actions are performed without need to obtain approval from the company's senior management.
* (15%) Support the operations and maintenance activities by actively managing plant availability and reliability in conjunction with the Site Operations Managers and the Environmental team. Accommodate the Company's environmental protection activities in conjunction with managing Control Performance Standards. Takes appropriate actions as needed during routine and emergency operations to ensure the reliability of the BA areas including those actions necessary to address operating emergencies, and energy emergencies, and to support the reliability of the Bulk Electric System.
* (15%) Responsible for the review and submission to RC West next day generation plans and availability. Using SCADA operate plant within operational limitations for voltage control as directed by the Transmission provider to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability of the interconnected system. Coordinates requests for equipment outages through the RC West outage scheduler to ensure reliability of the inter-connected system.
* (15%) Serve as liaison between reliability entities and commercial partners to ensure proper balance and optimization of assets given reliability constraints. Manage and purchase reserve positions and ancillary commercial products through bi-lateral contracts, system interfaces/markets, and/or reserve sharing group (RSG)/ Regional Area Control Error (ACE) control arrangements. Verify and confirm hourly and daily schedules through before and after-the-fact check outs and settlement review.
* (10%) Responsible for third-party generation dispatch and scheduling services for other generation projects. Support reporting/settlement duties for the Company's generation projects and third-party generation operations projects, as requested.
* (5%) Provides training within the system operations department as well as to field personnel for writing of switching instructions. Supports the operations, work clearances, substation activities, and maintenance activities by actively managing plant availability and reliability, coordinating outages and including use of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and logging.

Job Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:
GED or Highschool diploma required.
1-2 years' experience in dealing with mental illness issues and related mental health services.
Must have a personal recovery experience for mental health and/or substance use.
Must be in recovery for 2 years.
Without incarceration, hospitalization, or inpatient admission exceeding 72 hours in the last 2 years.
Must have some knowledge and experience of severe mental illness and treatment, and its impact on consumer/survivors and their families.
Computer skills are preferred.
Must obtain Certification within 1 month of hired date.

Summary/Function:Use knowledge and skills obtained through education and job experience to continuously support users from multiple business groups within DA Davidson. The position will adhere to ITIL principals and be responsible for the resolution and/or escalation of various hardware and software issues, both in-person and remotely.
Requirements/Qualifications:•Working knowledge of a Service Desk including ticketing systems, phone system, supporting business applications, workflows and processes•Proficient knowledge of basic computer hardware•Bachelor's degree in field of specialty or equivalent IT Support experience•Proficient computer skills and knowledge of software packages and their applications to include Microsoft Office and Microsoft operating systems•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; ability to communicate technical directions, both in person and over the phone to people with a wide variety of technical expertise•Excellent customer service skills; ability to work successfully with a variety of personalities and various management levels•Familiar with department policies, processes and procedures•Consistently treat others with respect and maintain professional attitude and behavior•Ability to work a variety of shifts•Ability to safely lift and carry as much as 35 pounds•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment•Highly self-motivated and self-directed•Organized and detail oriented•Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory, and time sensitive environment•Ability to triage and identify when escalation is necessary•Problem solving skills and critical thinking•Maintain or ability to obtain ITIL foundation certification within 1 year of start date
Duties:•Respond, resolve, and escalate incidents or requests, both in person and over the phone, in a timely manner•Attain performance goals set by management for resolving incidents and requests.•Be logged into the support queue defined hours; provide escalation support and satisfactory customer service•Troubleshoot and assist D.A. Davidson Companies' employees with using their computer and computer peripherals, applications and security credentials•Evaluate workload and capacity of computers and computer system to determine feasibility of expanding or enhancing capabilities or performance; recommend improvements to IT management•Assist in the support of business applications to include but not limited to: patching, testing, software licensing tracking, installing, upgrading, receiving application training, attending internal and external meetings, providing end user training, monitoring application performance, working with vendor support and sales, budgeting and creating documentation to end users and IT staff•Assist in the support of computer life-cycle and office technology to include but not limited to: patching, imaging, deploying, transferring user profiles, evaluating, securing, receiving training on computer O/S and hardware, maintain inventory, manage printer support agreements, work with vendor support and sales, provide documentation to end users and IT staff and help resolve incidents with computer related to the O/S, core applications or hardware that has been escalated from the Service Desk•Work with management to improve personal technical proficiency, support and customer service skills; identify and complete technical training and certifications; develop other work or career goals where progress can be tracked and discussed•Learn and adhere to all D. A. Davidson Companies' policies and procedures; attend scheduled meetings or training sessions around existing or new policies and/or procedures; recommend change to IT procedures to improve productivity and/or reduce costs•Adhere to and educate users of our defined cybersecurity best practices, which include credential management, phishing and malicious vigilance, and physical security measures.•Manage time to adhere to SLAs while maintaining service excellence•Use ITSM tools and ticketing systems for tracking and contributing to a shared knowledge base•Utilize ITIL best practices•Use and improve upon existing tools, services, and procedures•Other duties as assigned
