Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided. This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client's needs and the project's scope.
Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' printers, PCs/Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment.
Providing technical support for HP servers and data center equipment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. This includes diagnosing and resolving server and data center-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with other members of the team, including dispatch, project managers, engineers, and other technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
Managing and maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment, providing accurate and timely updates to clients and management regarding the status of technical issues, while adhering to safety and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in IT support (printers, HP servers, data centers, and enterprise-level projects).
Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Excellent time management skill

This is a doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Job Details:
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising outside plant field construction and splicing operations in multiple locations. Depending upon workload you may be required to supervise consulting resources in the engineering and/or construction phase of the projects. You will be expected to work independently with representatives from network operations, associate managers, consultants, design engineers and construction contractors for TDS Telecom Network Services to ensure that the needs of the company are being met. You will be responsible for the implementation of fiber networks while conforming to existing TDS Outside Plant (OSP) guidelines and TDS OSP standards established for the Telecom Network Services. You'll be expected to stay current with National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and ensure our construction is always in compliance with NESC standards. Depending on the area, you may be required to assist in the engineering of the OSP projects. This involves, among other things, creating the labor, material, and overhead project estimates.
As a Network Specialist - OSP Construction you'll be expected to oversee numerous construction projects, possibly located in multiple locations. You will continually monitor costs and job progress to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll also be responsible for ongoing communication with various governmental agencies to protect the TDS OSP network from being jeopardized by proposed road improvements and may be required to negotiate with municipalities or other utility companies from a network and a legal perspective for the purchase, lease and/or sale of inner ducts, fiber and/or complete fiber networks.
The ideal candidate will reside within 30 miles of Missoula, Montana in order to be available for in-market support and travel.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Client Transportation: Provide transportation for clients to their appointments as needed.
Group Facilitation: Facilitate recovery-based group activities to support client engagement and growth.
Assessment: Evaluate and assess factors that may hinder clients' ability to live independently or integrate into the community.
Communication Skills Development: Address and improve communication skills in individuals to enhance their interactions.
Symptom Management: Implement effective skills and strategies to help clients manage their symptoms.
Social Support Development: Assist individuals in developing and strengthening their social support systems.
Skills Adaptation: Help clients adapt skills for various life domains, including home, work, education, leisure, and social activities.
Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
Training Completion: Complete assigned training sessions, both in-person and through online learning programs.
Documentation: Document daily activities and progress for each client accurately and promptly.
Productivity Standards: Consistently meet established productivity standards.
Shift Coverage: Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Meeting Participation: Schedule and attend required meetings to coordinate care and support for clients.
Attendance: Maintain regular attendance to ensure continuity of care for clients.
Qualifications:
State Certification: Must have Peer Support Certification from the State of Montana.
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (state requirement for licensing).
Driver's License & Insurance: Must possess a current driver's license, reliable transportation, and full automobile insurance coverage.
HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Certification: Must hold a valid Peer Support certification from the state of Montana.
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
