Office Administrator
Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties 3.4
Office clerk job in Bozeman, MT
This isn't an admin job.
It's a front-row seat to something special.
We're looking for a standout Office Administrator to anchor our Bozeman, MToffice - the kind of person who people trust instantly, agents rely on daily, and clients remember long after they leave. You're the calm in the chaos, the friendly face at the door, and the person who somehow makes everything run better just by being there.
This role sits at the heartbeat of the office. You'll support driven agents, partner closely with leadership, and help deliver an experience that feels less like “real estate” and more like white-glove, concierge-level care. Phones, texts, emails, walk-ins - you handle it all with warmth, confidence, and precision.
If you're energized by people, obsessed with doing things well, and want to work somewhere that actually lives its values, you'll feel at home here. We work hard, support each other relentlessly, and treat our team like family - because we believe great businesses are built by great humans.
If you're growth-minded, service-driven, and ready to be part of a company that's changing lives (not just filling desks), this is your sign.
Apply today. Bozeman is waiting.
What You'll Do:
You'll live and model our culture daily - not as a poster on the wall, but as a way of showing up, serving others, and setting the tone for the office.
You'll keep the engine running. From day-to-day operations to the hundred little details that make a fast-paced real estate office feel seamless, you'll be the steady hand everyone trusts.
You'll be the first impression - welcoming agents, clients, and partners with confidence, warmth, and professionalism, whether they walk in, call, text, or email.
You'll build genuine relationships with our agents, learning how they work, anticipating what they need, and helping them perform at their best.
You'll own the onboarding experience for new recruits, making sure their first days feel organized, supported, and exciting - because how people start matters.
You'll deliver concierge-level support, helping agents and their clients feel cared for, valued, and taken seriously at every step.
You'll serve as the connective tissue between agents and Partnership Services, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and effective.
You'll support the Managing Director with recruiting, training, and special projects, stepping in where needed and taking initiative without being asked.
You'll bring order to complexity - following up, staying organized, and handling every detail with pride, precision, and follow-through.
What We're Looking For
You're a natural helper - the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and steps in without being asked.
You communicate clearly, think on your feet, and solve problems calmly, even when things are moving fast.
You show up with confidence, polish, and a can-do attitude that lifts the room instead of draining it.
You're great at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball - organized, adaptable, and unflappable under pressure.
You're comfortable and capable with technology, especially Microsoft Office and Google Drive, and you learn new systems quickly.
You bring at least two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or a similar people-facing role where excellence mattered.
Real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We can teach the industry - we can't teach heart, work ethic, or integrity.
Why You'll Love It Here
You'll earn competitive base pay with bonus opportunities that reward excellence.
You'll receive a comprehensive benefits package because we believe taking care of our people matters.
You'll work alongside a collaborative, supportive team that actually has each other's backs.
You'll do meaningful work - the kind where you see the impact of your effort every single day.
You'll have real opportunities to grow within a respected, values-driven real estate organization that invests in its people and promotes from within.
