Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with internal respiratory therapists and operational teams to facilitate smooth patient transitions from hospital to home care, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Account Documentation: Maintain thorough records of account activities, referrals, sales interactions, and follow-up actions to support ongoing account development and reporting.
