As a Lottery SalesRepresentative, you will provide product, guidance, and support to existing retailers while actively working with them to increase their sales. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Lottery SalesRepresentative, you will have the opportunity to seek out additional lottery license applicants while helping current and future licensed lottery retailers achieve and exceed their sales goals. Responsibilities include analyzing the effectiveness of licensees in the achievement of their sales objectives, conducting on-site inspections to determine if prospective retailers are compliant with the Lottery's accessibility program requirements, and providing ongoing training and support to ensure retailers' continued improvement and success. Our team will rely on you to explain lottery policies and procedures, analyze and explain statistical information, as well as apply marketing and sales principles and practices. You will also be responsible for helping retailers by recommending the type and location of marketing equipment and marketing materials to be placed in a particular type of business and conducting various sales and promotional activities. In this role, you will be required to navigate a web based portal, be proficient in the use of a PC and iPad, as well as read and interpret sales data.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. There will be at least once per month where the work hours will change to 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM for one week to maintain operational efficiency and maximize service to the Lottery and the public.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Four years of experience in progressively responsible sales or marketing work; or

This position will travel to cover Lackawanna County. The candidate must reside in Lackawanna County in one of the following zip codes: 18411, 18501, 18503, 18504, 18505, 18507, 18508, 18509, 18510, 18512, 18517, 18518, or 18519. Relocation is not an option.
You must have four or more years of sales experience.
You must have four or more years of customer service experience in a sales environment.
You must be able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
You must be available to work the required work schedule of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. There will be at least once per month where the work hours will change to 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM for one week.
You must abide by the prohibition guidelines and refrain from gambling in Pennsylvania casinos, or any casino outside of Pennsylvania with the same owners.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

An overview of responsibilities include:
Service walk-in and telephone customers and assist with sourcing and shipping parts, inventory control and warranty administration.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates for the Inside Sales position will have following skills, experience and competencies:
One or more yrs. HVAC/R experience
Working knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, supplies, products and the distribution industry but will train for the right candidate
Proficient with computer systems and/or be able to learn new systems easily
Basic math skills
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
A self-starter with a strong work ethic
Customer-service oriented and able to communicate well with others
Team player who is flexible and adaptable with changing business needs
Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk, lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs. and the knowledge of material handling equipment in order to safely move product weighing more than 60 pounds.
