Manage AIA/progress billing and make sure all contract terms are followed and

Stay in contact with customers throughout the sales process, from the first meeting to the contract and initial down payment.
Keep project files organized and maintain accurate records for each job you estimate or sell.

Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.

Ask the right questions to uncover business needs and pain points
Respond to inbound leads and qualify them for the sales team
Close Business
Present and sell Dempsey's services to small and mid-size clients
Manage the sales cycle from first call to signed agreement for designated accounts
Support senior sales reps by setting appointments and passing larger leads
Stay Organized & Hit Goals
Track leads, calls, meetings, and outcomes in Salesforce
Follow up consistently and maintain a clean pipeline
Meet or exceed your monthly targets for meetings and revenue
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required (recent grads welcome!)
0-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication skills-confident and clear over phone, video, and in person
Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Highly coachable with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (local travel required)
