Your Impact
As a Sales Development Representative, you will directly manage inbound inquiries across various channels, qualifyingleads to drive significant pipeline growth for Cisco. You will partner with internal sales teams to progress these qualified leads, directlyimpactingrevenue generation and market expansion. Your role involves enhancing lead management processes to improve conversion efficiency and ensuring data integrity across critical systems, contributing to operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications
Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fieldsinclude:Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, etc.
Inbound/ outbound sales and/or lead-generation experience in a high-tech or SaaS company.
Fluent in English.

U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco's plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. U.S. employees are eligible for paid time away as described below, subject to Cisco's policies:

Non-exempt employees** receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

New York City Metro Area:
$79,800.00 - $115,800.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$75,800.00 - $112,200.00

* Market VieMed's disease management program to potential and existing referral sources

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available.
* Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fit their budget requirements as well as eye care needs.
* Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
* Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
* Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
* Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
* Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
* Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
* Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
* Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
* Other duties as assigned and required.

* You have 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
* You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
