Responsibilities
As a local Delivery Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts

Job Summary: As an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate, you will be a key part of our sales team, working directly with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers to support their building material needs. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer requirements, recommend the right products, and drive sales-both in person at the sales counter and over the phone. You'll also help with processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining a professional and organized sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Comfort with daily check-ins and a genuine passion for sales
Availability for flexible office hours, Monday-Saturday, with occasional Sundays (7:30 AM-5:30 PM and 11 AM-8 PM)
Participation in scheduled meetings, including Monday Sales meetings, Tuesday Team meetings, and monthly 1-1 sessions with the Director of Sales
Mastery of sales scripts and an organized, professional, time-blocking approach
