The Opportunity:
You will be a customer-facing Vaccine Sales Specialist promoting main brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks and Public Health accounts. This is a field-based remote position in the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
Build a multi-specialty group of important accounts within several customer segments.
Contact potential customers and negotiate product formulary acceptance
Obtain contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products.
Deliver flu portfolio product sales in important accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs
Develop appropriate value-added programs for each account by understanding customer needs and aligning brand resources to achieve defined goals while demonstrating CSL Seqirus values
Work directly with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize important accounts and lead strategic goals set forth by the commercial organization
Contract and create opportunity for sales growth in designated segments.
Conduct routine collaborative meetings with your team to implement tactical plans set forth by sales and marketing.
Cultivate a close relationship with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service departments to support field efforts to grow the business.
Conduct some overnight travel.
The Role:
Develop and implement plan to achieve CSL Seqirus brand goals and identify new opportunities with important accounts.
Analyze accounts' near-term and longer-term goals to promote sales and lead the implementation of company products and services in consideration of provider goals.
Organize meetings with our customers to review product information and treatment protocols.
Retain long-term relationships with established customers to ensure customer agreement and create a foundation for new business.
Develop customer routing, strategic key account business plan, daily pre-call plan for customer engagement.
Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally; Act as the voice of the customer with team members to build knowledge on customer challenges; Develop business solutions at customers that help to enhance partnership within Seqirus primary channels.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferred in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, Healthcare.
1-2 or more years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales / or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.
Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
Some overnight and meeting travel required.
Business title will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience.

The main focus of the Sales Consultant is to help the Company's customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the Company. Sales Consultants receive a base salary with an opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on KPI achievement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and identifying new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts. Make sales calls and presentations to develop and maintain a solid customer relationship to increase sales and category penetration.
Utilize consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, ROI, system tools (i.e., Phocas, GForce and ) and sales training resources to effectively target new prospects and market growth opportunities.
Continuously manage assigned accounts and take corrective action, as needed, to maintain and improve the overall customer experience.

Assist in the set-up of new accounts, including Customer Account Application (CAA), customer order guides, pricing, order schedules, files, etc. Coordinate with other departments as appropriate to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Accurately forecast sales results and trends for a specific territory, group of accounts, etc.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred.

Candidate requirements:
60% travel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering field or Industrial Manufacturing.
Candidate must be an effective team player with ethical integrity and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical assemblies and parts drawings.
Provide Technical assistance to customers as needed.
Build effective relationships with the customers/clients to maintain professional leverage.
Proactively communicate with customers to identify needs.
Communicate with customers to ensure all expectations are met and company performance is maintained as the highest level of service.
Requires strong forecasting and analytical skills.
Coordinate with other department heads, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth.
Monitor quality and communicate discrepancies with department heads to ensure corrective actions are defined and incorporated.
Monitor and review company's project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period and budget.
Provide effective management to organization's business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth.
Perform cost and sales pricing analysis.
Coordinate with other divisions to develop plans for launch of new products. Coordinate implementation plans as it relates to business units.
Participate in the development of divisional annual budget review process utilizing data collected through business unit's strategies and regional sales forecast.
Participate in the development of the annual CAPEX plan to ensure business units objectives are met.
Identify and attend trade shows to generate sales growth.
Monitor incoming orders for respective business units.
Analyze and explore market trends; identify new opportunities in assigned business segment. Coordinate analysis across the business units.
Obtain necessary documents to set up new customer accounts and vendors when applicable.
Take action to eliminate potential delays using various means (i.e., production workaround, outsourcing) and if delay cannot be eliminated, communicate with customers to inform them of delay and assess impact.
Coordinate with District Sales Manager to provide quotations based on review of customer input and ensure all documentation is provided to downstream users.
Coordinate with Location Sales personnel to identify trends and react to low order volumes.
Communicate with Purchasing functions to review status of orders to monitor on-time deliveries.
Prepare, review and present weekly reports to plant personnel/management teams providing status of orders to include potential delays.
Complete project management review with locations to keep all organizations informed.
Perform day-to-day administration tasks, such as processing information files and other paperwork.
