We had that same burning desire to know more about the highest paid professions in Maryland. And if you can’t tell by that sentence, we’re a bit of what you’d call data nerds.

We decided to go directly to the source: The Bureau of Labor Statistics.

After scrounging through the Bureau of Labor Statistics, we discovered that Anesthesiologists are the highest paid people in Maryland.

Here’s a quick look at the top ten highest paying jobs in Maryland:

We looked at the BLS’s data set for all 702 job classifications in Maryland in order to identify those that get paid the most.
